SUMMARY

To ensure that your gas appliances are safe and functioning properly, your property is required to get a Gas Safety Certificate every year.

The Gas Safety Certificate will be carried out by our Gas Safe registered engineer, as is required by law. All appliances will be checked for harmful gases, proper functionality, and appropriate ventilation. 

It’s essential that you tenant is given a copy of this certificate and that they are aware of the expected renewal date.
